To assist our mailers to track and verify delivery of their mail, we have designed proprietary software that allows our mailers to track their mail using live phone calls to Sectional Center Facilities (SCF) and Destination Delivery Units (DDU) to confirm the receipt of the mail in the specific facilities around the United States. This is an extremely powerful and accurate tracking tool for sophisticated mailers working under strict timelines.

We have also implemented strategies for our clients to utilize USPS products such as CONFIRMŽ with PLANET codes to further assist in mail tracking and verification. We are also eagerly anticipating adding the bundle tracking capabilities for our carrier route mailers when available from the USPS.
